Working within our Creative Marketing team , you will be working on one of our top performing games, gathering +10M downloads per month, Mob Control .

Role

You will be responsible for crafting visually compelling, gameplay-driven 3D ad creatives using Unreal Engine. From concept to final render, you'll have full ownership of the production pipeline.

Challenges

• Create eye-catching 3D mobile ad creatives that clearly communicate gameplay and drive performance

• Build and animate complete scenes in Unreal Engine: characters, environments, VFX, lighting

• Use Blueprint scripting and/or code (C++) to simulate gameplay logic, interactions, and camera behaviors

• Translate and adapt ad concepts, animations into Unreal Engine with high fidelity

• Take ownership of the entire ad creation pipeline: from ideation and scene setup to rendering and final polish

• Apply storytelling and visual clarity to highlight core gameplay loops within 20–30 second formats

• Collaborate with Creative and UA teams to test, learn, and iterate quickly
  

Profile

• Strong generalist skills in Unreal Engine: modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering

• Proficient in Blueprint scripting and familiar with coding (C++ or similar) for scene logic and behavior

• Proficient with After Effects

• Strong user of AI pipelines

• Strong background creating performance marketing ads in Unreal Engine

• Understanding of mobile ad performance metrics like CTR, CPI, and ROAS

• Comfortable working with optimized assets and keeping performance constraints in mind

• Experience with Blender, Maya and animation tools are nice to have
