Internship - Project Manager Assistant - September 2025

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Your job and daily missions :

We are looking for a Project Manager Assistant to support the PMP (Portfolio Management Process) project at AXA and assist the Project Manager and the PMP team to make this project a success!

Portfolio Management Process Support:

• Working with more than 50 entities across the world to implement the PMP Best practices
• Create training videos using an AI internal tool to facilitate learning and development
• Ensure timely completion of tasks in the day-to-day work
• Help in the organization of meetings with relevant teams
• Draft minutes for meeting, to document discussions and next steps
• Assist in organizing and maintaining internal PMP SharePoint folders and the external PMP SharePoint Page to ensure it remains current and user-friendly.
• Help in building surveys for AXA entities and analyzing the results

Pricing Family (Community) Support:

• Pricing Family is a community reuniting all Pricing experts across AXA entities around the world
• Support in managing the Pricing Family, including organizing monthly meetings, communication, training, surveys, ...
• Offer suggestions for enhancing community management within the Pricing Family.

Team Event Coordination:

• Assist in organizing team events for the team (coffee breaks, lunches, breakfasts, and a December cocktail gathering).

YOUR PROFILE

Let’s talk about you:

• 4 th or 5 th grade in a Business School
• English speaking – French is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Synthesis spirit
• Excellent written and good communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management and methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Within this Department, you will be part of the PMP Team (Portfolio Management Process). Our mission is to deliver a strong portfolio management process to drive superior business performance across + 50 AXA entities. The PMP is one of the key strategic project of AXA Strategic Plan. This will be achieved through active engagement and collaboration across the AXA Group (GIE) and AXA Entities.
