- Demonstrate a strong capacity for challenge and engagement, driving IT topics with a Tech vision connected to business challenges, to be an engaged, appreciated, and recognized interlocutor by business leaders within your scope.
- Be proactive and "co-define" the IT strategy of the Head of Merchandising, Buying & Supply Chain Domain for your Supply Chain Distribution scope, in line with business challenges and priorities and the overall IT roadmap. You have a vision of the impacts and contributions of technologies on the businesses you support, to feed this strategy and anticipate relevant evolutions.
- Understand business challenges within your scope and have a systemic thinking approach to relate elements and support business arbitration impacting CHANEL's information systems.

- Demonstrate curiosity for market and technological evolutions and their impacts, detecting opportunities to stay ahead, change sector practices, and pivot operational models.
- Mastery and solid experience in information systems, applications, and essential technical fundamentals for Supply Chain Distribution activities, particularly Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for a division in charge of product development, production, and distribution, as well as regional and market distribution for local Retail and Boutique commercialization.
- With your team, ensure end-to-end coherence and availability of order management systems for purchasing and sales, inventory, billing, and shipping with strong integration with logistics, transport, and export-import customs operations.
- Organize your scope to deliver a "seamless" service from/to the raw materials warehouse with central teams and manufacturers, through suppliers and Global, Local Distribution Centers to Boutiques in all markets worldwide.
- Coordinate the actions of numerous teams, being at the center of a complex network between different upstream-downstream Supply Chain businesses and IT in the Fashion division, Corporate, regions, and markets.
- Have confirmed professional experience in the Luxury and/or Retail industry in an international environment.
