Senior Customer Success Manager - France

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our French Customer Success team.

The role

As Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own and develop some of our largest and most complex customer accounts in France, managing the journey from onboarding and deployment through adoption, expansion and renewal.

Our product environment is technically complex, with deployments typically spanning 8–12 weeks and potentially involving several modules and stakeholders. You will lead technical onboarding and training, work closely with customers to drive adoption and help them get the most value from our solutions, both today and as their needs evolve.

This is also a commercially oriented role. You will be responsible for protecting and growing your portfolio through strong adoption, proactive renewal management, upsell and expansion.

What you will do

• Own and develop a portfolio of large and strategically important customers

• Manage the customer journey across onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal

• Lead technical onboarding and training and support successful product adoption

• Build trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders, including decision-makers, HR, Legal, Procurement and IT

• Understand customer objectives and translate them into concrete value and success plans

• Own NRR for your portfolio, proactively managing renewal risks and identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Support

Your team

You will join our French Customer Success team, consisting of five CSMs and one Support colleague, led by our Head of Customer Success France. You will also collaborate with colleagues across markets and functions as we continue to develop our products and Customer Success practices across Europe.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a strong background in Customer Success, Customer Experience or another commercially oriented B2B SaaS environment.

You do not need previous experience within HR or Talent Management. More important is your ability to understand a complex product, connect it to customer needs and build long-term commercial partnerships.

We think you will succeed if you have:

• Solid experience from Customer Success, Customer Experience or a similar commercial customer-facing role within B2B SaaS

• Experience owning larger or complex customer accounts, including renewals, upsell and expansion

• Experience onboarding and supporting customers with technical SaaS solutions, ideally involving multiple products or modules

• Strong commercial and consultative skills, with the ability to turn customer objectives into both immediate and long-term value

• Confidence navigating multiple stakeholders and different levels of seniority

• Fluency in French and strong professional English, as several of our customers operate in international environments

Location

Our preferred location is Paris , where you will work closely with the local team.

For the right candidate, a remote setup elsewhere in France may also be discussed. Regardless of setup, you should be comfortable travelling to our Paris office regularly and meeting customers when needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual OTE for this role is approximately €56,000–€60,000 gross , including base salary and a fixed performance-based bonus.

The package also includes benefits such as 25 days of paid leave, additional RTT days for eligible employees, meal vouchers, complementary health insurance and 50% reimbursement of public transport.

We strongly value in-person collaboration and would ideally like you to work from our Paris office up to three days per week .
