Job DescriptionRole – Principal ConsultantTechnology – API, EAI, MiddlewareLocation – Paris, FranceContext and Job Description:•Infosys provides Integration/middleware services for global clients covering a multitude of Integration technologies and products.•The services are rendered typically following a global delivery model using a combination of waterfall/agile/kanban or other methodologies•A Program manager will own such engagements for Infosys, working with Director or above positions at client side to enable delivery of services. Job Description•The Principal Consultant shall be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the project/program from Infosys and represent the program in governance forums.•The role shall require extensive coordination and communication with client D+ level client counterparts to strategically engage such counterparts for driving program objectives and provide timely updates on key projects. •The Principal Consultant shall be a technically conversant to oversee Integration architectural discussions and to drive best practices. He/she shall drive roadmap and adoption of latest innovations in Integration approaches.•The role shall have very effective communication skills and strong at negotiation with senior stakeholders. •The role shall have excellent presentation skills. Required skills:Stakeholder management •Very effective communication skills and strong at negotiation with senior stakeholders •Ability to drive complex Vendor Delivery organization and influence outcomes with Vendors spanning different organizations associated with different business functions Qualifications •BS or equivalent degree with 15+ years of information technology experience and 5+ years of program management experience•PMP or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage•Experience of working in multi-vendor environments and in global delivery models with offshore teams•Knowledge and experience in application design/architecture, integration architecture development, and enterprise application integration •Competent in service and IT architecture development •Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a member of cross tower teams •Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred skills:•Prior experience in Integration technologies, particularly in Hybrid Integration environments.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
