Project Interface and Risk Management Lead with SPS Experience

We are looking for an Project Interface and Risk Management Lead with strong SPS experience for one of our major clients, TotalEnergies Angola on the Kaminho FPSO Project. Location: Paris, France Contract: 12 months (renewable) Overview Under the responsibility of the Project Delivery Manager, the scope of work is to manage and coordinate:

• The proper follow-up of all interfaces related aspects of the project from subsea to FPSO, properly identify in advance and report to his hierarchy any potential issue.
• The proper follow-up of all risks-related aspects of the project from subsea to FPSO, properly identify in advance and report to his hierarchy any potential issue.

Job Responsibilities You will also be responsible of all the activities related to the proper coordination and follow-up of all Interface & Risk Management, scope of work contains in particular the development, implementation and maintenance of an adequate Interface Management reporting allowing to detect any slippage or incoming issues, it includes:

• The supervision of interface management by Package teams,
• The early identification of any planning slippage on the interface exchanges and proposing adequate remedial actions.
• The early identification of potential Change orders coming from one Contractor situation and proposing adequate remedial actions.
• The early identification of any arising issues related to interfaces, anticipate related risks and proactively prepare and implement mitigations plans in coordination with the Kaminho project and Package Managers.
• The development of proper reporting tools and dashboard for Contractors and Company.
• Their implementation by Project teams and by the Contractors and the control of their implementation and close-out all along the course of the project.
• Establish an efficient and fruitful transverse coordination between packages and their engineering teams.

• Confirmed Engineer or equivalent with at least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas projects including offshore project experience.
• Strong SPS experience.
• Strong team spirit, field proven coordination skills and recognized capability to work in transverse mode.
• Lean and pragmatic approach sense.
• Practical, Problem-solving mindset and solution driven attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, "out-of-the-box" thinking and ability to convince.
