Our journey began in 2019 with Alexis , Matthieu and Arnaud as our founders. Today we are a global leader in carbon accounting , we’re B-corp certified and a recognised member of the French Tech 120.

Our innovative climate suite combines smart data collection with advanced features making it possible for our clients to measure precisely, actively reduce, and report efficiently on their progress. On top of that, our clients receive dedicated guidance from our Climate Experts throughout their journey.

We are a team of 250 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.

We support over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).

Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 200 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform.

Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

🌱 About the team 

As part of the Research and Methodology Team , you will work alongside and , both talented & ambitious people with one goal in mind: to ensure our platform is accurate, compliant and auditable.

🌱About the role As a Research and Methodology Expert , you'll be responsible for implementing new key reporting frameworks on the platform.

Your goals and KPIs

• Drive platform compliance with new reporting standards (e.g., SASB, GRI, MSCI, UK SRS).
• Ensure the interoperability of existing and new reporting standards.

Your daily tasks 

• Research new sustainability reporting frameworks.
• Integrate new data points and ensure their interoperability with existing data.
• Disseminate knowledge and expertise across all internal teams.
• Provide expert support to our climate experts and clients on reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with the product team to continuously improve the platform's reporting features.

🌱 Skills and competencies to succeed

• Are enrolled in a top French engineering school or equivalent program.
• Possess strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Are accountable, adaptable and ambitious ; you feel excited about dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Are passionate about continuous learning and a true believer in the power of constructive feedback.
• Fluent in both French & English
