Spa Manager - Trianon Palace (H/F)

Guerlain combines its exceptional wellness expertise to offer unique treatments at the Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace.
We invite our guests to experience a magical moment of beauty and well-being through a personalized treatment in one of our 14 treatment rooms.

Our guests also enjoy an exceptional setting: a magnificent 200 m² swimming pool, a solarium, a sauna, a hammam, and two fitness rooms, one of which is open 24/7.

The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall organization and performance of the spa. He/she ensures a high level of quality both in services and guest relations, in line with Guerlain and Hilton standards.

In this capacity, he/she oversees the planning, supervision, and control of daily operations, embodying the spirit of excellence of the Maison.

Your Missions

Operational Supervision

• Supervise all daily operations: reception, treatments, sales, hygiene, and safety.

• Ensure compliance with Guerlain protocols, schedules, and quality standards.

• Provide operational support to the team when needed.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise the team (therapists, receptionists, housekeeping staff).

• Plan work schedules, vacations, and training sessions.

• Maintain team cohesion, motivation, and performance.

• Ensure clear and regular communication, lead meetings, and gather feedback from the field.

• Develop relationships with external partners (Guerlain, Hilton, Ouinomad, Staffmatch).

Guest Relations

• Monitor the quality of treatments and services.

• Handle guest feedback and provide personalized follow-up.

• Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and well-being protocols.

Financial Management

• Track and analyze performance indicators (revenue, occupancy rate, average spend, etc.).

• Control costs and optimize profitability.

• Implement corrective and commercial actions.

Commercial Development & Communication

• Drive additional sales and design promotional offers.

• Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to enhance the spa’s visibility.

• Contribute to the communication strategy (social media, campaigns).

• Foster synergy with other hotel departments (rooms, dining, events).

Standards & Procedures

• Apply and enforce all current procedures (quality, safety, hygiene).

• Comply with Guerlain & Hilton policies and standards.

• Actively participate in the company’s training and development programs.

Profile Sought

• Proven experience in a similar position within a luxury spa or a 5★ hotel.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and guest relations skills.

• Strong affinity for luxury, wellness, and cosmetics.

• Fluency in French and English; a third language is an asset.
