Your Main Responsibilities
- Specialized Patient Care: Provide care for patients with chronic or acute neurological conditions, including strokes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, and trauma.
- Technical and Relational Care: Administer treatments, change dressings, and monitor hemodynamic and neurological status (consciousness scales, NIHSS score, reflexes).
- Prevention and Safety: Manage risks of aspiration, swallowing disorders, and assist with loss of autonomy.
- Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate closely with neurologists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and nursing assistants to deliver comprehensive care.
What We Are Looking For
- You hold a State Diploma in Nursing and have prior hospital experience.
- You are skilled in technical care, clinical monitoring, and hygiene protocols.
- You communicate with empathy towards patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- You demonstrate organization, composure, and adaptability in prioritizing care.
