Our tailored teams and management understand the different pressures that are faced by Biotechs and will engage, collaborate and share ownership in the delivery of your clinical trials. This role requires residency in the Paris or Lyon areas and can be office-based (Hybrid) or remote.What You Will Do:You will contribute to clinical trial monitoring activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.Key responsibilities include:Independently monitor Phase I–III clinical trials to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirementsManaging clinical studies in France across multiple therapeutic areas including Oncology, (solid tumor and hematology/Car T cell), NASH, Neurology, Psychiatry, Cardiology and Dermatology.Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visitsEnsuring protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process.Collaborating with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.Performing data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.Contributing to the preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reportsManage study documentation, regulatory submissions, and ethics/IRB approvalsEnsure study cost efficiency and timely issue resolutionYour Profile:Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or medicine.Experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements within a CRO environment.Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, with proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive compliance within a complex environment.Fluency in French and professional proficiency in EnglishStrong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.#LI-SC1#LI-Hybrid#LI-RemoteEmployment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.Rewards & BenefitsICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.Benefits may include:Competitive base salary and performance related incentivesHealth and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage where applicableRetirement and pension plansLife assurance and disability coverageEmployee assistance programmes and wellbeing resourcesLearning and development opportunities through structured training and career pathwaysBenefits may vary depending on role and location.Visit our careers site to read more about the benefits ICON offers.Inclusion and AccessibilityICON is an equal opportunity employer.
