How will you shape our tomorrow
Are you passionate about people, learning, and shaping the workplace of tomorrow? Join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR topics. You will actively contribute to key projects while developing your skills in recruitment, training, communication, and HR operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Training & Development
Support in managing the training plan (needs assessment, provider sourcing, and budget monitoring).
Organize group training sessions and manage individual registrations.
Provide logistical and administrative support (agreements, convocations, invoicing).
HR Projects
Participate in cross-team HR projects and action plans aligned with the company’s mission.
Recruitment of Apprentices & Interns
Collect hiring needs from managers and draft job postings.
Publish offers on various platforms and manage applications.
Conduct pre-qualifications, interviews, and debriefs with managers.
Keep recruitment reporting tools up to date.
Onboarding & Employer Branding
Contribute to onboarding initiatives for new joiners.

The experience you bring
You are a Master’s student (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
You have strong interpersonal skills , enjoy working collaboratively, and demonstrate a strong sense of service.
Organized, methodical, and rigorous, you know how to manage priorities effectively and bring forward ideas for improvement.
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
You act with discretion and professionalism at all times.
You are fluent in written and spoken English .
Ideally, you already have some first experience in HR (internship or apprenticeship).

5 days in Paris (8ème)
