The AI Ops team drives this transformation: it builds and operates AI agents, applications, and the associated tooling, in production. We bring impact at high speed.We're looking for a Tech Lead to set the technical direction of AI Ops and lead the engineers who build it. You'll own the architecture of our agent platform and raise the bar on how we ship, while staying hands-on in the code.This is not a research-oriented role: we're looking for a builder with experience making systems work in production.Why join us ? A rare, AI-native playground: make a profitable scale-up's operations AI-native, with agents in production and visible weekly impact, backed by best-in-class tools (Claude, internal agentic tooling, dedicated observability) and an AI-assisted engineering culture.A fast paced organisation able to redefine itself quicker than any otherReal autonomy: define problems with business teams, own solutions through to production.Your Impact at Brevo:Design, build, and operate AI agents in production.Integrate internal data to build relevant context accurately and in a controlled way (context engineering).Discover needs directly with business teams (CX, RevOps, Data), hand agents over in forward-deployed-engineer mode, and contribute to the architectural vision of the agent platform.Own the architecture of the solutions we build, and make the key technical decisions (multi-agent design, pre-processing, deterministic routing, LLM-as-judge, observability, human in the loop surface of interaction)Own deployment and operations: CI/CD, sandbox/production environments, monitoring, and agent observability.Set engineering standards for code quality, code review, evals, testing, and deployment.
