Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Retail Rotations: Undertake structured rotations across Xiaomi Stores and partner retail channels, covering sales operations, customer experience, merchandising, inventory management, and retail analytics. Promote and demonstrate Xiaomi’s smart ecosystem products and digital retail tools to enhance customer engagement.
  • Participation in Global New Retail Initiatives: Contribute to retail transformation, digitalization, and market expansion projects led by Xiaomi’s European and global headquarters. Support new store openings, operational standard implementation, and localized brand campaign execution across France and neighboring markets.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Collect and analyze competitor and market data to identify trends and opportunities; support portfolio and pricing discussions.
