How will you shape our tomorrow

You will define and scale enterprise AI capabilities that embed Sonepar’s business expertise into reusable, high-impact solutions, ensuring consistency across all experiences (CX, AX, Marketing, Supplier). By standardizing AI assets, driving reuse, and continuously improving capabilities, you will enable scalable and efficient adoption across the organization. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will ensure AI delivers measurable business value, aligns with strategic priorities, and enhances user experience across our omnichannel ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

-Define and drive the enterprise Business AI strategy, governance, and roadmap 
-Own and structure reusable AI assets (agents, knowledge, workflows, frameworks)
-Set standards for agent design, business reasoning, and user interactions
-Ensure effective AI model selection aligned with business value, cost, and use cases
-Monitor performance, adoption, and business impact of AI capabilities
-Promote standardization, reuse, and responsible AI across the organization

The experience you bring

- Proven experience in defining an enterprise-wide AI strategy and roadmap within a Consulting Firm

-Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and agentic AI systems

-Ability to translate business expertise into reusable AI capabilities, workflows, and knowledge assets

-Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principle

-Ability to define and track KPIs , adoption metrics, reuse rate, productivity gains, and business value

-Ability to lead a transversal chapter across a matrix organization

-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in business language

-Experience in B2B distribution, digital commerce, or omnichannel environments

-Familiarity with Customer Experience (CX), Associate Experience (AX), Marketing Experience, and Supplier Experience

-Experience scaling reusable enterprise assets across multiple business domains

-Fluent English and French

Work Mode & Location

- Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the probation period
