France Content Specialist

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist who basically thinks in TikToks. Someone who gets fired up by great content, knows what’s trending before it trends, and wants to take Bump to #1 on the App Store in France (and keep it there). You’ll be the person bringing French internet culture into the heart of our Paris office creating content, leading creators, testing wild ideas, breaking things (in a good way), and helping us build Bump into a must-have app in France. YOU ARE:

• Ambitious, driven, and wildly creative.
• A natural storyteller who knows exactly why one video flops and another takes off.
• Someone who spends more time on TikTok than you’d ever admit publicly.
• Comfortable giving creators feedback that actually makes their content better.
• Deeply tuned into French memes, humor, and online culture.
• French-speaking and ideally someone who grew up in France.
• Excited to work in person in our Paris office with a fast-moving team.
• Scrappy, energetic, experimental, you love trying 10 ideas to find the 1 that blows up, yet rigorous and detail oriented.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Grow Bump in France (yep, you’ll actually own this).
• Lead all content + creator efforts for the French market.
• Make high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads that people actually want to watch.
• Build and manage a pipeline of French creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top French creators and micro-influencers.
• Work closely with paid marketing to turn great content into great performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and help shape the creative direction of Bump.
• Support launches, events, and French-focused activations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator, we care more about your work than your title).
• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the French creator landscape.
• French and English language proficiency.
• Experience living in France.
• Must be willing to work in-person in Paris.

To ensure that everyone is set up for success within our way of working, we work together onsite 5 days a week. We wanted to make sure coming to the office is as comfortable as possible for you:

• We chose a location in central Paris, near Opera (Metro lines 3,8,9 and RER A).
• We have a beautiful Parisian-style office with high ceilings, balconies, and huge windows. So a lot of natural light!
• We reimburse your commuting expenses 50%.

We shut down entirely twice a year, two weeks in the summer and one week in the winter to allow everyone to truly recharge and to avoid prolonged slowdowns (especially in the summer). This enables everyone to actually disconnect and enjoy their vacation. No Slack, no email, no FOMO. Per French standard, we also offer another 4 weeks to allow team members to choose when they want to take time off.
