Job description
At Back Market, our Communications team is on a mission to make refurbished tech the obvious choice. We build the brand's global reputation, shape its positioning, and turn our circular economy mission into earned conversations that drive business results.
As our Integrated Communications Apprentice, you'll dive into the day-to-day of a communications team and learn what it really takes to make a brand shine. You'll support the team by keeping an eye on trends and news, helping make sure our PR agencies always have the right content and data at hand.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):
Gather, digest, and adapt the content necessary to feed the communications team that you'll get from other teams (from brand to supply/ops, public affairs etc)
Search and share the right content/data with our PR/influence agencies
Help the team on every communications project (events, PR activations etc)
Support influencer campaign coordination
Help maintain our content and information resources
Support the team to monitor press coverage and track earned media performance
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐
Looking for 1 year apprenticeship starting in October 2026 (possibility to start in September if required by the school).
English and French are no-brainers (fully professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak any other language, bonus points for you!
You are genuinely curious about what's happening in the world: you follow the news, scroll with intention, and have a nose for the topics and trends that matter
Ideally you already have a first experience in communications (external or internal) or public relations/media relations.
Strong writing skills (French and English) that demonstrate both professionalism and approachability
You have the ability to synthesize a wide variety of subjects
You have excellent communication skills, are proactive and you have a high capacity to federate and work with transversal teams.
Demonstrated time management, organizational & project prioritization skills.
ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP: ℹ️
Starting date: September/October 2026
Duration: 12 months (until August/September 2027)
Location: Paris, France
Contract: You must already be enrolled in a Work-study program in a French school (contrat d’alternance/ d’apprentissage).
