Mission

As an ASO Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving App Store visibility and impact across Homa’s most successful titles — including All in Hole, a top-50 global grossing game.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating asset production with the creative team — ensuring the right materials are built, tested, and ready for every store testing cycle and in-game event
• Partnering with product on upcoming feature releases — translating new launches and events into store listing updates and promotional opportunities
• Owning App Store optimization end-to-end — keyword strategy, metadata, listing improvements, and all operational ASO execution
• Building store featuring materials — crafting compelling decks and data packages to support Apple and Google partnership meetings
• Anchoring cross-team ASO coordination — running syncs, writing clear recaps, holding deadlines, and keeping all stakeholders aligned and unblocked

Requirements

We are looking for someone with 3–6 years of experience and the humility, curiosity, ambition, and drive to make an impact fast. You’re a great fit if you have:

• A strong track record in project management — you deliver structured work, write clear recaps, and hold timelines across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Exceptional cross-team communication skills — you can align people with competing priorities and different working styles without losing momentum
• A proactive, ownership-first mindset — when ownership is unclear, you step in, clarify, and keep things moving rather than waiting
• Localization experience: Adapting store listings across regions, translating global titles into localized metadata, keywords, and assets that perform in each market
• Comfort with data, you can read conversion funnels, interpret A/B test results, and make decisions from analytic tools

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in ASO, mobile gaming, or a growth-adjacent function
• Familiarity with organic acquisition and its relationship to paid channels
• Based in Paris or open to working in our Paris HQ regularly
