Data Product Owner

YOUR ROLE

The OneData Product Owner leads the Business Domain Data squad, steering domain delivery by translating strategic business priorities into a clear backlog and actionable business requirements. Operating at the intersection of business, data, and IT, the role guides the domain delivery squad to deliver value incrementally and reliably, ensuring alignment to target outcomes and governance standards.
As the primary point of contact for Business stakeholders and peer Product Owners in other domains, the role orchestrates cross-domain dependencies, clarifies scope and acceptance criteria, and drives adoption and change to realize business impact from the Customer Data Platform and related data products.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Define & document vision for each data product in collaboration with Business PO, experts/SME
• Maintain data products roadmap supported by DDM & IT PM
• Elaborate with Business analysts a clear backlog with business priority, ensuring requirements are well understood by the squad (supported by Business PO & experts)
• Organize and validate tests to be performed, participating to test campaign with Business Analyst
• Ensure communication, support Change Management and monitor usage of products
• Lead weekly Domain committee supported by Domain DDM
• Ensure Data products are well documented
  (supported by business Experts and Data governance team)
• Collaborate with other Data Domain POs to deliver global/transversal use cases

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Master's degree in data science or engineering, Business Analytics, Business Management
• Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within a business development context.
• Experience implementing customer data processes in a large organization
• First experience in data analytics and data visualisation tools (PowerBI, QlikSense, Tableau)

Desirable

• Experience in the freight, logistics, or supply chain industry
• Exposure to digital project or data transformation programs
• Knowledge of digital project management,
• Interest in machine learning techniques, advanced analytics and AI.
