We're looking for a bright, welcoming, and proactive Office & Workplace Manage.

You will be more specifically in charge of things like...

Workplace Experience

  • Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee well-being, satisfaction, and engagement in line with our core values: #WeCare, #WeAimHigh, #WeInnovateFast, #WeAreCommitted.
  • Organize DataDome’s offsite events and team-building activities (both online and in-person) to enhance our community culture and promote inclusivity.
  • Serve as the champion for creating a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace environment across all locations.
  • Organize Onboarding and gathering events
  • Optimize and animate Corporate Onboarding sessions
  • Foster a dynamic and welcoming workplace that encourages employees to work onsite and strengthens team collaboration

Office Operations Management

  • Ensure the office environment is pleasant, welcoming, and conducive to productivity.
  • Oversee facility management, including coordinating repairs, planning office layouts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the office budget, including handling and negotiating contracts with providers and suppliers.
  • Act as the go-to person for resolving office-related issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Support and handle travels on our tool (Navan)

Communication and Collaboration

  • Support the People team and other departments with onboarding processes and team events
  • Greet and assist employees and visitors onsite, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
  • Foster strong communication and alignment between our global offices to ensure consistent processes and a cohesive culture.

Supplier and Vendor Management

  • Handle supplier contracts, negotiate competitive terms, and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
  • Continuously assess and improve supplier agreements to optimize value and service quality.
  • Purchase and restock office consumables and groceries.
  • Help teams order specific equipment and manage the full cycle of purchase requests and deliveries
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier shipments.

⭐  What we look for:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as an Office manager or equivalent position
  • You are able to build strong relationships with the team
  • You have outstanding Project Management and communication skills
  • You are able to adapt and interact with different Stakeholders
  • You are a creative mind with an ability to suggest and implement improvement
  • You are fluent in French and English
