David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing international AI company to recruit a Performance Marketer — Senior · Adult RTB for its Growth team. The role focuses on owning and scaling adult acquisition at significant spend while protecting profitability, subscription quality and long-term customer value. 

Position: Performance Marketer — Senior · Adult RTB

Location: Europe/ASIA, Remote

Employment type:  B2B engagement preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own adult acquisition campaigns end to end

• Control and reallocate substantial campaign budgets

• Scale profitable traffic sources, placements and creatives

• Evaluate performance through CPA, rebill, LTV and payback

• Diagnose tracking, fraud, placement and funnel problems

• Build structured creative-testing systems

• Define testing budgets, winner rules and stopping rules

• Guide creative production using performance evidence

• Identify new traffic sources and expansion opportunities

• Communicate strategy, decisions, results and risks clearly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current advertiser-side campaign execution experience

• Significant monthly advertising spend personally controlled

• Recent evidence of profitable campaign scaling

• Quantified impact on CPA, ROAS, LTV, payback, subscriptions or revenue

• Direct ownership of creative testing

• Strong understanding of traffic and cohort quality

• Ability to diagnose and recover from performance declines

• Strong commercial judgment

• Clear and concise communication skills

• Full comfort working directly with explicit creatives

• Experience with adult RTB, adult networks or other relevant high-volume acquisition environments

• Experience with native, push, display or popunder acquisition is an advantage

• Strong placement-level optimization and traffic-quality analysis skills

• Experience with rebill and subscription economics is an advantage

• Strong tracking and attribution knowledge

• Experience with international acquisition

• Experience negotiating flat deals with publishers is an advantage

• Background in mobile gaming, performance marketing, mobile-growth agencies, consumer subscription apps or iGaming and online betting

• Experience in dating and social apps, DTC, e-commerce or other high-volume B2C subscription businesses is also relevant

• Acceptance of the B2B contractor arrangement

• English C1-C2.
