Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a CRM Engagement Apprentice. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop tailored CRM campaigns to support engagement initiatives, making a tangible impact on our business’s goals. You’ll drive end-to-end processes to deliver innovative, personalised communications across all channels, with ownership of these topics.

You will have the chance of working closely with various departments within our organisation, including Marketing, Editorial, Artist Relations, Data and Copywriting/Graphic Design.

We are looking for someone who’s accountable, proactive, autonomous, and data-driven!

What you will do

• Ideate and execute CRM campaigns to boost engagement, leveraging music content. Own the development of these campaigns from end-to-end, including reporting to the concerned stakeholders. You will have responsibility over the scope, with an expectation centred around autonomy and proactive decision making!

• Work closely with different teams across the organisation, to ensure the successful execution of CRM campaigns and alignment with company objectives.

• Be data-driven: Having the ability to back up decisions based on a rigorous data-driven approach.

• Monitor, analyse and report on CRM performance metrics, and communicate learnings to the stakeholders.

• Find new and innovative ways to engage with users, effectively using our channel mix.

• In this role, you’ll also support ideating, creating and iterating CRM ongoing automations with a focus on AB testing - again, with a data-driven approach!

This is a 1-year apprenticeship offer to be started in January 2027
Based in Paris, mandatory

Qualifications

This role is excellent for a person with:

• Genuine enthusiasm for customers, a data-driven approach, and a critical and creative mindset, with experience in project management and/or digital marketing.

• Strong sense of ownership with a proactive mindset.

• A real team player spirit, someone who enjoys working within an international team.

• Knowledge of CRM platforms (ideally Braze).

• Working proficiency in English.

• Passion for music and understanding of the streaming industry is a plus.
