Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dedicated team.

This role is ideal for a skilled developer with a strong record of delivering impactful solutions and a motivation to contribute to significant business outcomes. You will work in direct partnership with a product manager to architect, develop, and release high-performance features for our Salesforce platform.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in the entire development lifecycle, from technical design to ensuring the quality and stability of our production environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into well-designed, scalable technical solutions.
• Design, build, test, and deploy high-quality features and applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.
• Uphold and advocate for development best practices, including code quality, test coverage, performance, and security.
• Act as a technical guide and mentor to other developers, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of the quality of your deliverables through robust unit testing and by working closely with quality assurance partners.
• Monitor the health and performance of the production environment, identifying and resolving issues to ensure system reliability and a positive user experience.

You will bring:

• Master degree in Computer Science or other relevant field.
• 10 years experience in full-stack software development.
• Extensive hands-on experience in a Salesforce development role, with a portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
• Deep proficiency with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and the Lightning Component Framework (especially LWC).
• A thorough understanding of Salesforce governor limits, data structures, and security best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with modern development practices, including Salesforce DX, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is highly regarded.
