Position: Executive Chef for 6 Star Luxury Cruise

Rotation: 4 Months On / 2 Months Off

Salary: $9,000 USD tax-free per month (paid during active contract months)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee all galley operations while maintaining the highest culinary standards
2. Manage daily food preparation and ensure outstanding presentation and quality across all dining outlets
3. Lead and motivate a multicultural culinary team, encouraging teamwork and excellence
4. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
5. Control inventory, purchasing, and food costs to maintain operational efficiency
6. Perform consistently in a demanding environment, with no scheduled days off during the 4-month contract

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Significant experience in luxury cruise operations, particularly within six-star cruise lines
2. Strong leadership ability with experience managing diverse culinary teams
3. Advanced culinary expertise with creativity and a strong attention to detail
4. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
5. Willingness to initially cover certification expenses (STCW, Seaman’s Book, C1D Visa, and medical exams)
