The Media Performance & Partnerships Intern position at Coty offers the opportunity to develop unique expertise in planning, activation, optimization, and analysis of digital media such as TikTok, Meta, Netflix, Amazon, or Spotify. Based at the global headquarters in Paris, this internationally oriented role will allow you to collaborate with teams and partners across all continents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Media Performance & Partnerships Intern , you will be at the core of media analysis, optimization, and innovation .

Your main objective is to contribute to the measurement and continuous improvement of media ROI through media innovation, data, and partnerships, all supported by advanced tools giving you access to real-time performance.

During your internship, you will become an expert in the following levers:

• Retail Media – Ads displayed directly on e-commerce sites (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)

• Paid Social – Advertising campaigns on social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)

• Programmatic CTV, OLV & Display – Automated buying of video and display ad space via programmatic platforms (YouTube, TF1, Netflix, etc.)

• Paid Search – Sponsored ads displayed on search engines (e.g., Google Ads)

Your main missions:

• Analyze media performance via our tools and partners (dashboards, Marketing Mix Modeling, audits, media platforms such as TikTok Business Manager).

• Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of reports (monthly performance reports, media effectiveness, creative quality reports).

• Support the deployment of the Coty MediaLab (internal media lab for experiments and innovations) and the adoption of new digital guidelines issued by the Media Performance & Partnerships team.

• Collaborate with media agencies and partners (Google, Meta, TikTok…) on monitoring updates and performance.

• Assist markets and brands with ad hoc needs (best practices, upskilling).
