Your Missions

As a Business Analyst Assistant Intern, you will:

Collaborate with teams : Work closely with the finance department and other teams to consolidate data for monthly financial closings and mid-month forecasts.

Analyze financial results : Perform detailed analyses to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, and propose strategies to optimize costs and enhance business performance.

Simulate scenarios : Conduct numerical simulations with various teams to evaluate options and support strategic decision-making.

️ Synthesize data : Transform complex data and analyses into clear, concise summaries for effective communication with stakeholders.

Track KPIs : Regularly monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with teams to implement strategies that achieve targets.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Education : Currently pursuing a Bac+5 degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

✨ Analytical mindset : You love diving into data and solving complex problems.

Financial acumen : A solid understanding of financial concepts and data analysis is a must.

Team player : You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Detail-oriented : Precision is your forte, and you have an eye for detail.

Tech-savvy : Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, SQL, Python, and Tableau is highly valued. Business sense with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

️ Communication skills : You can present ideas and findings clearly to diverse audiences.

Languages: Professional proficiency in English and French is required . Additional languages are a strong plus — the more languages you master with solid proficiency, the better.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

• Starting Date: ASAP

• Working Hours: 35 hours per week

• Working Mode: On-site during the onboarding period, with the possibility to switch to a hybrid mode after 2 months (depending on performance and autonomy): 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home

PACKAGE

• €1,000 Gross monthly remuneration

• Swile card with €10 meal vouchers per working day

• 50% reimbursement of your Navigo pass
