GLOBAL MARKETING ASSISTANT -
PHILOSOPHY FRAGRANCE

6 MONTH FULL-TIME INTERNSHIP - JANUARY 2027

We are looking for our new Global Marketing Assistant to join the Philosophy Fragrance Global Marketing Team.

You will work closely with the product manager across the product development process and full 360-degree marketing, from consumer and market analysis to fragrance concept, packaging, campaign assets, launch preparation, and 360 activation.

Reporting to the Product Development Manager, this internship is a unique opportunity to learn how a global fragrance portfolio is built and activated for an iconic American brand, within a fast-paced environment where creativity, consumer centricity, and operational excellence are key.

BUSINESS, MARKET & COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

• Support business analysis and Circana reporting to monitor category and brand performance

• Track competitors, market trends, and new fragrance launches

DEVELOPMENT FOLLOW UP

• Participating in the briefing of internal teams (R&D formula, packaging, creative studio, support functions) and external partners (design and mock up agencies, suppliers,..), coordinating their work

• Following operations for product development (artworks, assets production, formulas, product design, 3D visuals, point of sales material,..) ensuring right timings

• Supporting new product concept development and 360° activation in coordination with key cross-functional teams in partnership with product manager.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL MISSIONS

• Contribute to the organization & work for brand meetings with top management

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Essential:

We are looking for an intern from a Business School or University program to collaborate with the Philosophy Fragrance global marketing team:

• Passionate and curious about fragrance, beauty, and consumer trends

• Previous experience in marketing, product development, or the beauty industry

• Strong interest in and understanding of US culture, consumer behaviors, and market trends

• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Rigorous, analytical, and highly attentive to detail

• Responsive and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver high-quality work on time across several projects

• Creative, consumer-centric, and confident turning insights into ideas

• Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional communication skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Desirable:

• Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, product development, or market analysis is a plus
