About this opportunity:

You will work alongside our Chief of Staff and senior leadership, driving key initiatives that shape the growth and success of Homa. This role offers a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to high-impact strategic projects across the company - interacting directly with C-level executives and experienced leaders across every function.

You will develop a true 360° vision of a fast-moving gaming company, contributing to projects with direct business impact. Based on your profile, strengths, and evolving business needs, you will be embedded in one or several of our core teams - and your scope may shift over time as you grow and as the company's priorities evolve.

The types of assignments you could own include:

• AI: Embedding with our dedicated AI unit to explore, design, and implement AI-powered workflows across the company. A fast-moving, high-impact space at the frontier of what's possible in gaming.
• Data & Tech: Partnering with our data and engineering teams to drive analytical or operational projects at the intersection of technology and business impact.
• Business Development & Partnerships: Contributing to our external growth strategy, from onboarding new game studios and expanding into new markets, to structuring partnerships that broaden Homa's ecosystem and reach.
• Product & Gaming: Embedding within product teams to support roadmap prioritization, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy on live or upcoming game titles.
• People & Transformation: Acting as a business partner to HR leadership, supporting talent strategy, retention, team structure, and organizational change. Ideal for someone who sees people operations as a lever for business.
• Growth & User Acquisition: Working with our UA and growth teams on performance strategy, creatives, monetization strategies, channel analysis, and scaling initiatives that directly drive revenue.
• Finance: Supporting financial modeling, business case development, and strategic planning alongside our finance leadership. A strong fit for profiles from PE, consulting, banking, or corporate finance.

Mission

You will play a pivotal role in directly supporting our executive team on high-impact missions across the gaming industry. This is a unique opportunity to learn fast, take real ownership, and drive measurable change, not as support, but as a strategic contributor. Your missions will include:

• Business Partnering: Act as a trusted partner to leadership, translating business needs into structured plans and driving execution across functions.
• Transformation & Operational Excellence: Lead or contribute to cross-functional transformation projects that improve how the company operates and scales.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and business modeling to inform executive decision-making.
• Strategy & Execution: Support strategic roll-outs from design to implementation, ensuring alignment across teams and measurable outcomes.
• Communication & Influence: Build high-quality strategic materials, contribute to reporting, and represent leadership in key internal and external forums.

Requirements

We're looking for sharp, driven individuals who are hungry to learn and ready to own real work from day one. You are a great fit if you have:

• Degree from a top-tier institution in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or a related field
• First experience in consulting, finance, tech, gaming, or a fast-paced startup environment
• Big plus, if you've built something on your own: a game, an app, a side project you've actually shipped.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills: you can break down complex problems, conduct rigorous market research, and turn data into actions
• Excellent communication skills: you present information in a concise, strategic, and straight-to-the-point manner, both written and verbal
• Autonomous: you lead projects end to end, take initiative without being asked, and are comfortable figuring things on your own
• Pragmatic and action-oriented: you move fast, make decisions with imperfect information, and focus on what actually moves the needle
• Comfortable with ambiguity and variety: you thrive in environments where no two weeks look the same
• Naturally curious, ambitious, not afraid to challenge the status quo, and push boundaries.
