Senior Account Manager - SMB
- Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers and staff to turn them from customers to ambassadors
- Live and breathe the restaurant experience with sunday
- Create and deliver the account management playbook
- Upsell future sunday products to our restaurant partners
- Be the voice of our customers internally: interact with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure we are building the best product for our restaurant partners
- You have 3+ years of experience in account management or consulting
- You are extremely rigorous
- You are fluent in French and English
- Ideally, you are familiar with the restaurants industry
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are capable of leading a full-cycle project
- You are comfortable with change, able to adapt and always want to learn new skills
- You are customer focused: You can turn prospects into customers and customers into ambassadors
- You are hands-on: We have all the tools, but you will have to find solutions and turn them into reality
- You are a team player
- You’re autonomous
