Senior Accountant - Curbevoie, Paris
CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions (IA&R) is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its growing team in Paris .
This role is suitable for an Accounting professional with 2-4 years of experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a global firm.
You will play a key role in supporting real estate investment structures, working closely with international clients, asset managers, and finance teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
- Manage accounting for real estate entities across multiple clients
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Review and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Produce financial statements and reporting packs
- Prepare VAT returns and French tax declarations
- Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc project
What we're looking for
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or audit (Big 4 or similar preferred)
- Knowledge of French GAAP and tax regulations
- Exposure to IFRS is a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Fluent in French and good working proficiency in English
