The Mission

As the Product Manager Flashbid / Dynamic Yield , you own the buy-side auction stack including our proprietary wrapper Flashbid on Actirise properties end-to-end. Your mission: continuously optimize yield while guaranteeing auction reliability and a fully compliant demand chain to drive incremental revenues and saving costs.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Wrapper & Auction Core

• Own the Flashbid wrapper roadmap end-to-end: integration, evolution, and maintenance of the proprietary wrapper.

• Monitor and optimize auction latency and performance — every millisecond of delay costs revenue.

• Manage publisher demand connections: GAM, External RTB, and non-oRTB integrations.

2. Demand & Bidder Management

• Own bidder setting configuration, integration, activation, and monitoring — both server-to-server (S2S) and client-side — including status monitoring and whitelisting per property.

• Drive Shield: detect and block malicious or non-desired ads, and control the revenue impact of every blocking decision.

3. Yield Optimization

• Own throttling and yield algorithms: pressure regulation, dynamic floor prices, smart refresh, and bid enrichment.

• Partner with the Data team on AI-driven yield algorithms to push incremental revenue further.

• Run structured A/B tests on yield levers (floor prices, bidder mix, throttling rules) and let data drive every decision.

4. Supply Chain & Compliance

• Own SCHAIN: ads.txt management and vendor list curation to guarantee supply chain integrity.

• Own the collection, processing, and transmission of consent signals (TCF, GPP) to demand partners.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with DPO on consent signal quality and compliance requirements feeding the auction.

• Partner with PM Analytics to ensure auction/yield KPIs are properly tracked, benchmarked, and actionable.

• Align with Supply, Data, and Tech/Engineering teams to prioritize the roadmap and ship reliably.

• Act as the auction/yield product voice across Sparteo, translating technical trade-offs into clear business decisions for stakeholders and C-level.

Your profile for this job

We are looking for someone who treats every millisecond and every basis point of fill rate as money on the table — and who is as comfortable in a bid stream log as in a revenue dashboard.

• PM Expertise: 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally on programmatic/header bidding products, SSPs, or yield management platforms.

• Programmatic Expertise: Deep understanding of header bidding, RTB/OpenRTB, GAM, S2S vs. client-side bidding, and the SSP/DSP ecosystem.

• Yield Mindset: Proven experience optimizing floor prices, throttling, or bidder mix to drive incremental revenue — you think in RPM, fill rate, win rate, and latency.

• Supply Chain & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with ads.txt/sellers.json, schain validation, and consent frameworks (TCF, GPP) as they apply to the demand chain.

• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills; comfortable running A/B tests on auction parameters and reading the results into concrete roadmap decisions. SQL basics are a plus.

• Technical Literacy: Understanding of auction latency, bid streams, and wrapper architecture. You don't need to code, but you need to speak engineering's language fluently.

• Performance Obsession: Treats auction reliability and latency as first-class product metrics, not afterthoughts.

• Exceptional Communicator: Able to translate highly technical programmatic trade-offs into clear priorities for Tech, Supply, and C-level stakeholders.

• A strategic thinker with an 'AI-native' reflex, you excel at deconstructing business complexity into flawless operational blueprints . You don't just use AI; you design the structured documentation and logic flows that allow intelligent systems to execute our vision with precision
