Co-founded by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano brings together the largest offer of DIY & gardening online products: electricity, plumbing, hardware, frames, indoor and outdoor furniture, tools, etc. With more than 5 000 seller partners and 11 million products, ManoMano currently employs 500 people and operates in 6 markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom).

In the heart of our vibrant Parisian office, you will be a key member of the Employee Experience team. Collaborating closely with Aurélia Le Bescond, our Lead Internal Communication & Employee Experience, and partnering with Cécile and Rebeca, our Office Managers based in Bordeaux and Barcelona.

Your Mission & Impact

More than just an office, our 3000m² Paris HQ is the ultimate showcase of our culture. To make every moment spent here count, your mission is to enrich the daily experience of every Man@. In this pivotal 360° role, you will foster connections, bring our culture to life, and be the welcoming face of our HQ. You will ensure operational safety, compliance, and risk mitigation for a bulletproof workspace.

As a Workplace Manager, you will:

1. Drive Office Operations & Workspace Quality

- Own office operations end-to-end: manage supplies, deliveries, and day-to-day facilities for our 3000m² Paris HQ.

- Be the primary contact for building management and subtenant relationships, ensuring compliance and operational safety.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our workspace, making sure it constantly showcases our identity and culture.

- Monitor office occupancy and space planning to ensure our 3000m² are used efficiently.

- Act as the guarantor of health, safety, and regulatory compliance on-site (fire drills, safety registers, and risk prevention).

2. Cultivate Our Culture & Employee Experience

- Ensure every employee feels welcomed and connected to ManoMano's culture through exceptional daily office management.

- Craft onboarding experiences that welcome new Man@s home instantly and accelerate their ramp-up on our business model and strategy.

- Organize engaging activities and events that foster team belonging and encourage meaningful cross-team connections.

3. Manage Budgets & Drive Financial Efficiency

- Build and track the annual office and events budget with sharp financial discipline.

- Select, negotiate with, and manage vendors to get the best services for daily office life.

- Drive sustainability initiatives (waste management, energy savings) to reduce both our carbon footprint and operational costs.

- Optimize costs by finding smarter ways to spend less and deliver more, without ever downgrading the quality of life at the office.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in office operations or facility management.

- A business-oriented mindset with experience in budget tracking, cost optimization, and vendor negotiation.

- Natural aptitude for event planning and creating engaging experiences that bring people together.

- A strong hospitality and customer-service mindset: you genuinely love helping others and keeping positive energy in the office, even under pressure.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset able to find effective solutions in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting your style to different audiences.

- Fluency in French & English is essential (daily interactions in both languages).
