AccountTechnology Lead H/F

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Technology Account Lead based in Paris.

Purpose of the Role

Primary technology advisor, customer-facing lead, and escalation point for all aspects of Digital & Technology (D&T) as it relates to the growth and operation of the GWS account.

Individual Accountabilities

● Maintain and effectively communicate CBRE's perspective, position, and strategy for technology to leadership.


● Drive the most competitive technology solution by leveraging the standard stack wherever possible and innovating for specific differentiation.


● Identify, quantify, and recommend mitigations for risk related to the technology solution (information security, technical, transition, and operational risk).


● Actively engage with clients and account leaders to build the account technology roadmap in alignment with client outcomes, ensuring CBRE's technology is viewed as "Leading" in client pulse surveys.


● Drive new D&T technology initiatives - sponsored by D&T or others - that are relevant to the account's and sector's priorities (e.g., IFM Hub).


● Facilitate and connect technology subject matter experts and thought leaders (internal and external to CBRE) with account teams and leadership to discuss, design, and deliver new account innovation and/or operational requirements.


● Direct other technology and analytics resources on the account, such as the CMMS Administrator/Analyst and the Business Analytics Leader/Analyst.
