As an Accommodation Intern , you will have the opportunity to play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests and contributing to the reputation of our brand.

As a Guest Relations Intern

You will be at the heart of the guest experience: understanding their needs, carefully preparing their arrival, and ensuring that every moment—from first contact to arrival day—is smooth and memorable.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests at breakfast and in public areas
• Taking care of VIP and regular guests
• Coordinating special amenities for VIP guests
• Monitoring guest arrivals and accompanying VIPs of the day
• Making courtesy calls during the guest’s stay
• Ensuring that all guest feedback (GSS, MVR, social media) is handled within the required timeframe
• Reporting all guest complaints and issues in GXP & Opera

As a Concierge Intern

You will be the primary point of reference for our guests: anticipating their needs, orchestrating every detail with precision, and providing personalized solutions to make their stay unique. From the first request to the final interaction, you will ensure a seamless, warm, and memorable experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Doing everything possible to fulfill guest requests and ensuring follow-up, both inside and outside the hotel
• Building guest loyalty and promoting hotel services
• Recording guest preferences in the designated system (birthdays, honeymoons, pastries, etc.)
• Ensuring the quality of services provided and guest satisfaction
• Advising and organizing guest stays before, during, and after their visit if needed
• Contributing to the creation of the “Navigator” and sharing information
