As a Product Owner, you will be a senior leader for this digital product, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact.

Digital is at the heart of the Sanofi strategy: our ambition is to be the leading digital healthcare platform to deliver medicine faster, enable healthcare professionals to improve treatments and help patients improve their health. The Digital R&D Accelerator is one of the key pillars of the Sanofi Digital strategy, set-up to push the borders of our digital transformation, develop breakthrough technology and deliver AI/GenAI powered Digital R&D products to accelerate drug discovery and speed-up development to get life-changing treatments and vaccines to our patients faster.

Clinshow is one of the Key Digital R&D Product, aiming to leverage AI to drastically accelerate the validation of patient data collected during clinical trials and therefore reducing the time before the submission of a new drug to reach patients.

In this context, Sanofi is recruiting a Digital Product Owner R&D Accelerator.

Main responsibilities:

• Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspective
• Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis
• Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments
• Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint
• Manage backlog prioritization of work
• Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues

About you

You'll have significant experience in Product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company. As well as experience of:

• Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
• Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision
• Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams

You'll also need the following skills and qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
• Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with "get things done" mindset
• Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills
• Strong project management skills
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
