This role is about elevating a brand , not just managing one.
As Brand & Marketing lead , you will shape how Colonies is perceived, understood and remembered.
You will give form to our vision, our values and our ambition through storytelling, design and experience.
This is a role for someone who believes that
a brand is not a logo
marketing is not noise
and storytelling is a strategic advantage.

Define and protect the Colonies brand vision
Create a clear, emotional and consistent narrative across all touchpoints
Build a strong sense of identity, tone and aesthetic
Make people feel something when they encounter Colonies
Stories that travel
Craft the storytelling of our products, spaces and experiences
Translate architecture, design and operations into compelling narratives
Ensure clarity and elegance in everything we publish
Make the intangible tangible
A world of assets
Own all brand and marketing assets
Elevate the website into a true brand and experience platform
Push creative standards while staying pragmatic and effective
Experiment with formats, content and ideas
Brand as a product
Work hand in hand with architects, designers and operations
Help shape how our products are named, presented and experienced
Contribute to product marketing and experience design
Act as the voice of the user and the brand
