Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

• Own the full pipeline lifecycle : spot high-potential deals, track them through every stage, diagnose what's stalled, and unlock them. You'll work directly with sales leaders using data to spot patterns, predict what moves deals forward, and measure exactly what lifts pipeline velocity. 

• Build executive engagement strategies that open doors with top accounts. You'll identify the non-IT buyers who matter, develop the positioning and narratives that move them, and run the campaigns that shift perception and accelerate deals to close. 

• Shape how France owns public sector. You'll build the vertical strategy, create the use-case narratives that resonate with government buyers, and position your solutions to compete and win in that segment. 

• Design programs that actually move pipeline: account-based campaigns, executive roundtables, industry events, nurture sequences. Everything is measured against stage progression and coverage targets, not vanity metrics. 

• Keep your marketing reporting sharp so everyone has real-time visibility into pipeline health.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have: 

• An experienced B2B software marketing professional, accustomed to working in dynamic and constantly evolving environments. Flexible and resilient in the face of change, this person is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the details, while also being able to confidently influence and contribute in leadership-level discussions.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools,, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 

• 12+ years of marketing experience.Data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented.

• Strong storytelling capabilities with extensive collaboration across Sales and Field Marketing teams.

• Experience in program management (exec, vertical,…), lead generation and B2B Marketing 

• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, with understanding of marketing to sales funnel, business intelligence, and lead management processes.

• A passion for data and analysis, with a curiosity to get to the root of a problem and solve it.
