Your tasks include clarifying and formulating the goal and mission, as well as drafting the work breakdown structure and updating it
You are also responsible for obtaining effort estimates and creating a schedule and resource plan
You will be responsible for project control, cost calculation and monitoring and will keep an eye on the budget and risks at all times
You will also conduct project meetings and steering committees and document projects
You coordinate the project team and are responsible for conflict management
