👀 Revenue Department at Shine
We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and data-driven SVP of Sales to lead our growth engine across three critical business pillars: Micro-segments, Small Business (SMB), and the CPA (Accounting) Channel .
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for the performance of these segments across six countries . This is a high-velocity leadership role that requires a balance between sophisticated digital sales motions and high-touch relationship management within the CPA community and Resellers
📋 Your Role as an SVP Sales
Segment Strategy: Define and execute the "Go-To-Market" (GTM) strategy tailored for Micro and SMB customers, ensuring a seamless, low-friction sales cycle.
CPA Channel Leadership: Develop a robust partnership ecosystem with Accounting firms, turning CPAs into key brand advocates and distribution partners.
International Scaling: Harmonize sales processes across 6 countries while respecting local market nuances and regulatory environments.
Revenue Optimization: Manage the full sales funnel, from lead conversion to expansion, hitting aggressive ARR and customer acquisition targets.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation and Product on localized feature requirements for the SMB and CPA space.
Leadership & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class, diverse sales organization of country managers and account executives.
🔎 About you
Experience 12+ years in Sales Leadership, specifically in SaaS or Fintech.
Segment Expertise Proven track record in high-velocity SMB sales and/or Channel/Partner sales.
Global Reach Experience managing multi-country teams and navigating international markets.
Analytical Rigor data-led decision-making.
Core Competencies:
Strategic Agility: Ability to pivot between the "macro" (global strategy) and the "micro" (individual country performance).
Relationship Excellence: A natural ability to build trust with the CPA community, understanding their role as advisors to small businesses.
Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of sales tech stacks, automation, and funnel optimization to handle high-volume segments efficiently.
