Your Mission

As we merge our teams across France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Germany, we are building a shared culture that reflects who we are today—and who we want to become. To support this exciting transformation, we are looking for an Internal Communication & Culture Integration Intern to work closely with our HR team.

In this role, you will help shape and activate our shared values, translate culture into everyday employee experiences, and support internal communication initiatives across our key European offices. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who is passionate about people, communication and culture in a fast-evolving international environment.

‍ Your Responsibilities

Support the definition and articulation of shared values and culture across the organisation

Help translate these values into practical employee touchpoints, including:

Recruitment & employer branding

Onboarding experiences

Performance management & feedback moments

Internal communications

Employee events and engagement initiatives

Offboarding and alumni touchpoints

Assist in creating internal communication content, such as presentations, newsletters, intranet content, toolkits and storytelling materials

Support the coordination of employee communication and culture events across our key office locations

Collaborate with HR, Communications and local teams to ensure cultural consistency while respecting local nuances

Help gather employee feedback and insights to continuously improve culture and engagement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

️ What You Bring to the Zenchef Table

Currently studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, HR, Business, Psychology or a related field

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Ability to speak Spanish, French or German is a strong plus

Strong written communication skills and a good eye for tone, storytelling and visual presentation

Organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple countries and stakeholders

Curious about organisational culture and how values come to life in day-to-day work

A background or strong interest in the hospitality sector is a big plus
