What type of breed are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to help bring Edgard & Cooper to life in one of our most exciting markets: France.

A hands-on brand builder with a good nose for consumer insight and a real appetite for getting things done. You’re creative, commercially minded and know how to turn strategy into great, locally relevant brand activity. You understand the French consumer and retail landscape and enjoy working across teams to make things happen.

What is in your bowl?

With a big scoop of ownership, creativity and flawless execution. You’ll get to:

• Bring the France brand strategy to life through creative and locally impactful campaigns.

• Lead activations across ATL, social, influencers, PR, retail and in-store.

• Use consumer and market insights to spot opportunities and bring new products to market.

• Build a strong understanding of French consumers, retailers, categories and channels to help the brand stand out.

• Adapt global assets and ideas so they feel right for the French market.

• Manage budgets, track performance and ROI, and share clear brand reporting.

• Work closely with other packs to keep everyone moving in the same direction.

• Support DTC and performance marketing with strong content and creative.
  

What skills & tricks should you bring?

• 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally in FMCG

• Experience bringing market-level brand strategies to life in a mature and competitive market.

• Experience supporting NPD, product launches and 360° brand campaigns.

• Experience across integrated marketing channels, including ATL, social, influencer marketing, PR, retail and in-store activation.

• A good understanding of French consumers, retailers and channels.

• Experience managing marketing budgets and using data to guide ROI-focused decisions.

• A creative, commercial and consumer-focused mindset.

• Strong project management and execution skills.

• Great communication and collaboration skills.

• Fluent in French, working competencies in English.
