Context

We open an Fullstack Engineer position in the Data and Platform team. The team is in charge of the design, the development and the release of several interconnected modules of Outsight Shift solution:

The Kubernetes platform that deploys and orchestrate the Real Time, Analytics and Data components

The Analytics module that transforms the raw 3D perception outputs into actionable events and KPI for a customer and also develops specific customer oriented algorithms

The UI/UX of our web applications (Analytics, Third party frontend integrations)

Responsibilities

Real-Time KPI Computation

Build algorithms and processing pipelines that transform the raw 3D Lidar perception outputs (tracked objects) into customer-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, interaction frequencies, congestion scores, or safety alerts.

Algorithmic Data Transformation

Develop and implement logic that derives high-level information from low-level event streams in real time. This can for instance consist in detecting the queues in an airport or the airport staff from the passengers flow.

Support the deployment and operation of your services in a Kubernetes-based environment, ensuring resilience, scalability, and observability.

Frontend design & implementation

Develop & maintain reactive web applications and modules using state of the art technologies & frameworks.

What are the requirements for the role?

Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in backend software development (Python, NodeJS), with experience in real-time data processing and reactive web programming such as Vue3 & ThreeJS.

Proven experience (3+ years) in real-time data processing and algorithmic data transformation.

Experience designing domain-specific KPIs from data, ideally in operational or industrial settings.

Familiarity with working in production-grade environments: containerized deployments, CI/CD, monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus), but your primary focus is data logic, not platform ops.

Strong communication skills to translate business logic into algorithmic pipelines and back.
