- Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities .
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities through proactive engagement and networking.
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies targeting high-potential enterprise customers.
- Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close, often involving multiple stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Line of Business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to tailor solutions and ensure customer success.
- Deliver compelling value propositions and ROI-based business cases to executive stakeholders.
- Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline using [CRM tool, e.g., Salesforce].
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technology developments .
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales
- Proven track record of quota attainment and consistent overachievement .
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with C-level leaders (CIO, COO, CXO).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset.
- Fluency in both French and English languages
- Experience selling cloud-based, CX, AI, or contact center solutions .
- Familiarity with consultative and value-based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
- Strong network and established relationships large account and ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA a plus).
