In this role, you will lead a team of Account Executives, developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for our reservations technology. You will empower your team to overcome challenges, challenge current thinking, and deliver successful outcomes for the business and our customers. By fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will play a key role in maintaining high motivation and performance levels across the market.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and hire a team of Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.Develop comprehensive annual forecasts and strategic sales plans to drive regional growth.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to ensure continuous team development and success.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on organizational initiatives and secure successful outcomes for both the business and customers.Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to guide the team through complex prospect scenarios.Travel up to 40% to support the team in the field and adapt strategies to the local market needs.Minimum Qualifications5 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales and team management, including building and leading successful sales or business development teams.Need to be fluent in French and English.
