What are the responsibilities?

• As a true ambassador and representative of the brand at Filorga retail locations, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming, advising, attracting, and retaining customers independently

• Ensuring a customer experience consistent with the brand’s values and image

• Growing sales and revenue for the brand in your area

• Maintaining clean and organized product displays

• Collaborating with all contacts at headquarters and retail locations

• Managing your schedule independently

• Ensuring compliance with the brand’s sales policies and standards

Required qualifications for this position:

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and responsive; detail-oriented

• Self-motivated and independent

• Previous experience in sales and the cosmetics industry

• Knowledge of sales techniques and comfortable interacting with customers

• A natural salesperson with a passion for taking on challenges!

• Fluency in English is highly preferred
