Your Job

As our IT Support, your mission is to ensure the seamless operational efficiency of Sparteo’s technical environment.

You are the backbone of our daily productivity, providing top-tier support to our teams globally. You don’t just fix problems; you anticipate them to ensure our scale-up pace never slows down.

Infrastructure & Fleet Management

• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and security of hardware (laptops, peripherals).

• Manage IT inventory and stock: track equipment, handle procurement, and prepare devices for employees.

• Prepare and manage employee onboarding and offboarding from a technical standpoint (device setup, access provisioning, equipment recovery).

• Manage software licensing and SaaS access (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).

• Ensure the smooth operation of the office network environment.

• Provide on-site technical support when necessary to assist teams and resolve technical issues.

Team Support & User Experience

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations.

• Streamline the onboarding/offboarding process from a technical standpoint.

• Create documentation and self-help guides to empower Sparteo employees.

Process Optimization & Security

• Implement IT automation to reduce manual support tasks.

• Ensure compliance with Sparteo’s security policies and data protection standards.

• Monitor system performance and manage hardware inventory and procurement.

Your profile for this job

Technical Savvy:

• Strong knowledge of macOS environments and SaaS administration.

• Experience with MDM tools, ideally Jamf, for device management and deployment.

Service Mindset:

• You are user-centric. You solve problems with a smile and focus on delivering the best internal user experience.

Problem Solver:

• You have a “Get it done” attitude (Sparteo DNA) and can prioritize in a fast-moving environment.

Communication :

• Fluent in English and French to support our international expansion.
