All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers' premises. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Aircraft Manager (all genders) who will coordinate and manage aircraft projects while acting as a central pointof contact between internal departments and our customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support tenders and feasibility studies, including cost and time estimates * Coordinate and manage projects to meet quality, schedule, and financial targets * Act as the key interface for customers and internal teams * Drive project monitoring, KPIs, and continuous improvement. * Support recruiting, onboarding, and the development of project team members. * Ensure team qualifications, training, and availability of required resources * Ensure full compliance with Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) standards

YOUR PROFILE

* You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics or a comparable field * You bring at least 3-4 years of experience in technical and commercial project management * You have experience in the aeronautical sector, ideally with 'Outstanding Works' knowledge; this is considered a strong advantage * You demonstrate a strong understanding of aeronautical standards and processes environments * You communicate confidently, show leadership qualities, and maintain a strong customer focus * You are fluent in English and French, German is considered a plus * You are proficient in MS Office and Google Suite * You work in a structured, solution-oriented, reliable, and analytical manner oriented, reliable
