The Role Reporting directly to Head of People & Talent, you will be the backbone of our People Operations.Your mission is twofold: ensuring flawless administrative management and creating a world-class onboarding experience for our new talents.
In a fast-growing fintech environment, your role is crucial. You will have a high degree of autonomy and will be involved in cross-functional projects that will prepare you for a future career as an HR Business Partner.
Your role
People Administration (50%)
Full Lifecycle Management: Handle administrative tasks from hire to retire (drafting employment contracts, amendments, employer certificates, etc.).
Compliance & Benefits: Manage medical check-ups, health insurance (mutuelle), and pension schemes (prévoyance).
Payroll Support: Prepare variable payroll elements for our teams.
HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR dashboards (using tools like Mailibou, Notion or Teamtailor).
Onboarding & Offboarding (30%)
Welcome Experience: Coordinate personalized onboarding journeys, schedule training sessions, and prepare support materials for new hires.
Manager Support: Act as a bridge between HR and managers to ensure every newcomer is ready for success from Day 1.
Offboarding: Manage administrative departures and conduct exit interviews for interns/trainees to gather feedback.
Cross-functional Projects (20%)
People Projects: Support the HR team in strategic initiatives like annual appraisal campaigns, internal satisfaction surveys or company offsite.
Employer Branding: Help promote Spiko’s culture internally and externally.
Profile Required
Education: You are looking for an apprenticeship (alternance) starting September 2026 (Master’s degree level).
Mindset: You are highly organized, reactive, and detail-oriented. You thrive in environments where you need to multitask.
Communication: You have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Language: You are fluent in French and have a very good professional level in English , as we operate in an international context.
Interest: You are excited by the fintech ecosystem, blockchain, and the challenges of a fast-scaling startup.
