Quantitative Developer - Python Core Backend
- Research Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain Python and C++ tools that streamline the quantitative research process, including data analysis and signal generation.
- Production Follow-up Pipeline: Create and manage software solutions to monitor and refine the deployment of trading signals in production, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Partner with researchers and traders to understand needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Manage the secure and efficient ingestion and processing of large volumes of data.
- Implement algorithms and machine learning models, such as linear regression and predictive techniques, to support trading strategies.
- Leverage HPC and distributed systems to build scalable and high-performance applications.
- Provide ongoing support, debugging, and optimization of existing tools and systems.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer
- Python language expertise is a must, C++ and .Net experience would be a plus
- System Architecture Experience
- Relational Database Experience beneficial
- Ability to multitask, set project priorities and work in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Experience working in a systematic research environment would be beneficial
