About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Analytics Engineer to take charge of a strategic scope - be it Sales, Customer Success, reporting, core data, product analytics, or marketing. This is a great opportunity to have a direct impact on our activities while exploring strategic areas for the company.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills across these verticals, with proficiency in Python, SQL, and a solid understanding of software engineering best practices. The goal is to provide full ownership of the data-related scope, enabling you to drive initiatives and deliver impactful results.
What will be your impact:
- Interacting with stakeholders to identify key best increment values.
- Gathering all necessary data to address current and future challenges.
- Building robust data models that ensure flexibility for all existing and future needs.
- Delivering actionable insights and solutions that directly influence business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Mentoring junior team members.
You would be great fit if you:
- Have +4 years of experience as an analytics engineer
- Have high proficiency in Python and SQL
- Thrive in a fast-pace environment
- Experience with Data modeling and visualization
- Experience with Orchestration tools (Airflow or other)
- Experience with GitHub/GitLab
Nice to have:
- Proficiency with Databricks
- Experience in a scale up company
