Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Governance AI/GenAI Lead on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in France. Job Title: Governance AI/GenAI Lead Employment: Full time Start Date: October/2026 Country: France- Hybrid - Paris Salary range: 80 000.00 EUR - 90 000.00 EUR dependent upon experience Contact: Bojan Ulemek on: +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 671 Key Responsibilities: Define AI governance and animate the end customer community. Identify and promote new AI‑empowered concepts, solutions, and offerings (including Generative AI) across the end customer. Collaborate with Product Owners, software engineers, data scientists, designers, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and seamless integration of AI‑based digital products into operational processes and the digital portfolio. Stay abreast of technological advancements to ensure adoption of the latest AI and GenAI developments, including end customer frameworks, rules, and guidelines. Contribute to technical documentation and end‑user training. Develop a change‑management strategy and roadmap to accelerate AI/GenAI adoption. Experience/Qualifications: Experience 5 to 10 years English and French B2-C1 Hard Skills Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, or Computer Science; an advanced degree is a plus. 5–10 years of experience in Digital & AI. Past experience as an AI Product Manager is a plus but not mandatory. Experience in developing and implementing data‑driven or AI solutions for business applications. Understanding of Data and AI concepts. Optional programming skills (Python, R, or equivalent). Understanding of technical components (Cloud Services, AI frameworks, and tooling). Knowledge of agile development methodology. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
